Fully Automatic Caps Printing Machine

It is specially designed for customers who need bottle cap printing with high-speed, lower cost and simple operation. Machine design is based on the principle of dryoffset printing, equipped with unique magnetic rollers, two sets of dual-color offset printing units and one set of vanishing unit, it can achleve image printing with accurate registration and overlap. Control by PLC with touch screen interface, it organizes a high efficiency production line.

1. Features:

• Equipped with two automatic escalators, it can store a large volume of caps and feed the correct number of caps into the unscrambler.
• Two unscrambler are used for guide the caps to the correct direction and feed to the main printing machine.
• This cap printing machine equipped with 1 set of 3-color offset printing unit
• Standard using LPG gas for surface treatment before printing.
• 2 flame heads, which make the surface treatment more efficiently.
• The jig mandrel will be made according to the samples' specification given to us, and delivered together with the machine.
• The Fusion UV system has automatic temperature control and extraction system which avoid the lamp over-heated & maximized the lamp efficiency.
• This system composed by bottle cap counter and printing detection system.
